My dear beginners. I’m so much excited to introduce you my new course of Ashtanga vinyasa flow mixed with Hatha yoga and Jivamukti yoga schools.
During the course of 3 classes you will learn how to adjust basic yoga poses, perform transitions from one pose to another safely, learn technique of breath, how to hold yoga looks and gazing points. Each class combines the most effective poses, explained and combined in the easiest way.
Each class ends by Shavasana relaxation technique based on Yoga Nidra traditional school methods and guided by my voice.
By subscribing to the course, you will have access to one month practicing of course.
Please be advised that this course for beginners is not suitable for practitioners during prenatal and postnatal periods. Please consult your physician if you have any serious health issues, problems with spine or joins.

My dear advanced yoga practitioners . I’m so much excited to introduce you my new course of Ashtanga vinyasa flow mixed with Hatha yoga and Jivamukti yoga schools.
I presume that you already know basic principles of yoga. During the course of 3 classes you will see how to combine advanced asanas in a flow. In this course I’m using methods and techniques of classic Ashtanga vinyasa, Jivamukti yoga, Hatha yoga and Yin yoga.
Each class contains the most effective adjustments of poses, variety of transitions explained and combined in unusual way. For those who was dreaming to learn same advanced inversions, this course will be very vital.
Just in case if you need to refresh your memory all information is available in full course for beginners.
